Thai citizens love their festivals. Each region has their own set of festivals all year round including different forms of the same festivals located in different regions of Thailand. Many festivals relate to the different weather and agriculture seasons.

The main festivals to look out for are Loy Krathong which is similar to our Valentines Day but with more tradition and reasons to reflect and forgive plus the Songkran Water Festival which is where everything such as people, vehicles and businesses are blessed by water in an amazing national water fight taking place over many days.
